So far so good but I just started using them. My friend Joe told me this is who he uses for his RV insurance. I also switched to letting them be my toad (towed) car insurance. The quote was much much less than USA... They farm the RV insurance out to Progressive. I love USAA, but their cost was beyond my budget. I'll update my review in 6 months.

Never had a better insurance company. Top rate -- fast, efficient, courteous, sympathetic, attentive, respectful. And I also recommended NatGen to someone in my condo who asked for an insurance company.
