Depending on you're preference, RTE is packaging, RAW is where the slaughtering and processing happens you tend to get way more hours on the RAW side VS RTE. Hours 530 or 630 till 500pm or 630pm

11.75 , I believe depending on position and catigory pay varies. So 11.75 plus hourly.

If you are gonna be on the ready to eat side.Bundle up good!Until you know how much clothing you will need each day.Better to have it & not need it.Than to not have it & needs it!Raw sides not to bad.However certain areas are chilly.
