We built our custom house with Kendrick construction in Bluffton, SC and it was nothing short of of amazing. The communication was awesome, the build quality was top notch, and the overall experience was a lot of fun! I learned so much about the difference of a custom home compared to a track type builder. Now when I’m driving around the Hilton Head area, I can always spot a quality custom home. We felt like Mark, the owner, really took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home. By providing our own set of plans, you are allowing us to modify an existing floor plan to suit your needs. We can add additional rooms or a full finished basement.
