Brandon is probably the worst sales rep I've ever encountered. I know that sales, especially when dealing with furniture, is very competitive and cutthroat, but to make a sale you may have to do a little more than offering a bottle of water to seem polite. Before my mom came back from using the bathroom Brandon was showing me, a twenty year old student, the price for a bedroom set I was looking at and a mattress (which we did not agree upon, we were just pricing) and getting my information. If my mom didn't come back right when that was going on, I'm sure he would've asked for my card information to go ahead and charge it. Not only was he very pushy, he also was argumentative towards my mom when she asked about military discount. Whit-Ash does it a different way than most and it's very confusing and Brandon was not very accommodating to our needs. I will not be returning. We went and purchased a furniture set from Haverty's the same day for almost double the price and our sales rep Allan Watts was very kind and didn't pressure us. Whit-Ash, take notes.
