Booked a reservation online same day, cancelled the one I had at another company in favor of this location. Was called less than an hour before my pick up time to advise they do not have any full size vehicles available, the alternative was a mini van or pay to upgrade to another vehicle. Disappointed that they would not provide another vehicle (aside from a mini van) that was within the price point of the full size vehicle or provide an upgrade at the same price since it was their error. I have used Enterprise (not this location) quite a few times and anytime this type of error has occurred they made it right by providing a similar or better vehicle in place of what I reserved (at the same price). Offering a mini van in place of a full size car is not a reasonable alternative. I should have just kept my original reservation with their competitor.

I would not recommend this location. Was promised pick up for my rental and last minute that didn’t happen, was charged money despite the fact insurance is covering the rental. Management emails me inaccurate info after I leave feedback on a email she sends out requesting how my experience was. So basically my experience wasn’t my experience based on false information per Christine Bourke. Bottom of the barrel company and management in my honest opinion.

Please answer your phone. Have been on hold for 25 minutes. Would like to leave a message about a delay in getting my car back from Hendrick Collision. Still waiting for some one to answer phone. This is the 3rd time I have had to recall because of being disconnected. I need to keep the car I have longer because Hendrick’s Collision needs extra time to complete needed repairs. It is now 6 pm and you are closed.

I recently rented from this location and they have a great selection of various brands and sizes.
There are so many variables that it is almost impossible to tell at any given time. You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you just might find, you get what you need.
