Ms. Valerie Lee made my purchase transaction very smooth & overall wonderful! She provided amazing customer service, was very knowledgeable of the prices and products. She was not like most sales people, pushy and just trying to make a sale. In fact, she was the complete opposite! I will definitely be returning to see her for my future furniture needs!

Matteah Taylor is such a wonderful customer service manager!!!! I talked to so many people including the Harbison location and CORPORATE but they did not execute the job correctly! The customer service folks at Harbison just wanted to do half the job and get you off the phone. I believe if you genuinely don’t have a passion for customer service DON’T SIGN UP FOR THE JOB! They literally blamed me for switched delivery dates once they told me it had to be switch in order to receive everything. On top of all the stress and inconvenience, they expected the payment to be satisfied before delivering anything. How inconsiderate and uncompassionate (yes, I said uncompassionate) can you be? Let your customers know that you care and if the situation is truly not their fault, TAKE BLAME CORPORATE PEOPLE!!! However, Matteah had so much passion and cared about our situation. Please please, go see her and contact her for anything. She won’t let you walk away without getting things squared away! Thank you Matteah for everything!

We had a lot of issues with the Value City Furniture store in Harbison. After all the frustration, we came to the store in Sandhills and spoke with Matteah Taylor and she took her time to contact the other store which gave her a hard time to fix our issues. She printed everything out for us and explained that everything to make sure we taking great care of. Matteah Taylor was the manger on duty and she deserves a raise.
