Curtis and his team did a great job. They removed a Tree that had fallen and took down another that had died. They removed both trees, ground the stump cleaned up all the debris and made sure the work they had done met my approach prior to leaving. I would highly recommend them for any tree service you might need. They do it right the first time!!

Had an easier job for Curtis tree service. Trim a weeping willow tree and remove a limb that was close to my roof. Job was done on time and at a great cost. Curtis is a very friendly person who knows what he's doing. The cost was below what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommend and will use again.

Pre-work review: Very friendly and respectful. I meet Curtis at a neighbors, and introduced myself. I was told, he would stop by my place the following week to give me an estimate, and he did. I appreciate anyone who keeps their word and doesn’t have to be reminded. He was very professional and efficient and his bid seemed to be competitive. Curtis seems to be someone you can trust. After work review: Curtis, explained what I should expect during his service, and he cleaned up the Sawdust daily before he left work. He were diligently and safely,cutting down two of my large Pine trees in a timely manner. I noticed a root that was missed due to sawdust covering it up and being hidden. I called Curtis, bringing that to Curtis‘s attention, he did not hesitate, but asked the gentleman that does the stump removal to come out the following week. Customer service was good during the quote, as the work was being preformed, and Curtis Tree Service showed excellent customer service afterwards by taking care of a concern I had, by sending someone back out here as soon as I brought it to his attention. Therefore, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the KERNERSVILLE area that has any stump or tree removal needs.
