I went online to schedule an appointment and then I took the day off as they don’t work in weekends. Next day I get a call telling me they can’t make it and to pick another day so I tell I can’t and to cancel. Then the guy tells me how this is all my fault as the site doesn’t guarantee appointments then hangs up on me before I could say anything! This is obviously an unprofessional business and am glad I will never use them and I will go out of my way to always never recommend these people!

It is not necessary that you be home while your carpet is cleaned because we are thoroughly trained professionals you can trust. In order to provide the best possible service, we do recommend that someone be home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern regarding the care of your carpet.
