Employees wirw masks, used counter shields & sanitizer.
Yes, kids are allowed until either 16-17 I think. Most ABC stores I've been to in NC even have lollypops for kids.
I asked the other day and they said end of February supposedly
NC state law, no liquor sales on a Sunday. Beer and wine coolers still sold after 12 pm.
