Carly was an amazing attorney. She helped me through a difficult process and eased my mind throughout. If you need an attorney Carly should be your top choice. She is kind, honest, hardworking, and most of all she actually cares about what’s best for her client. She is amazing.

I was extremely please with how attorney Carly Baker helped me navigate through what could have been a very painful divorce. She was extremely well versed in NC divorce law and through her expertise, the process went as smoothly and as painlessly as possible. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her and Wake Family Law Group!

I do not recommend. Carly Baker personally talked negatively about me, her client, to opposing counsel in emails that were then shared with my ex husband.

Received a letter saying contact wake family law group if I had any questions, called to ask questions only for the receptionist to hang up in my face and not be able to answer any questions.

Wake Family Law Group | Sep 19, 2020

We typically do not take installment payments for our legal work. We have a wide range of rates for our attorneys. Like most firms, we require retainer payments/trust account deposits when we are hired in a case. The amount and specifics depends on factors like the type of case and whether the case is in litigation.

My daughter is newly separated and needs an attorney. There is 1 child involved. Father is Canadian (US permanent resident). Threatening to take child to Canada. Is this a case you would handle? She has asked me to research for her.
