We typically do not take installment payments for our legal work. We have a wide range of rates for our attorneys. Like most firms, we require retainer payments/trust account deposits when we are hired in a case. The amount and specifics depends on factors like the type of case and whether the case is in litigation.
Adoptions typically take a minimum of 3 months through the clerk’s office. The length of time beyond that usually depends on the type of adoption and the status of the rights of the biological parents.
