I love taking my dog to Charleston Dog House! I know that when I take her here she is in good hands.The staff is always so courteous and quick to respond when I have any questions. It’s also nice having access to the cameras in the play areas so I can watch my dog interacting with others. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Our family loves Charleston Dog House. We were nervous to leave them because we had never boarded our dogs before but this facility was amazing. The owner and staff are welcoming and easy to work with! We also loved watching our dogs on the webcams running and playing with the other dogs! We highly recommend Charleston Dog House. We will definitely be using them again!

We had our two dogs stay here Jan/2022 for three nights while we visited the area. They were dropped off healthy and freshly examined by a vet a week prior. They were supposed to have a bath. Only one did because we were told the other “refused” which would be fine but we have never had that experience with her anywhere else, and the dog that they did bathe (our male dog) came back to us wet and smelt worse than when we dropped them off. NOW TO THE MORE SEVERE : our female dog came back to us with an EXTREME case of kennel cough. And our male dog had come back to us with extreme diarrhea. Has lasted for days (now 5 days since we picked them up) and has made our dog extremely uncomfortable. Having them stay at this kennel has cost us more in vet bills than it would have just to find a house sitter or dog-safe Airbnb and kept them in our care. They BOTH came back sick and in need of vet care. I wouldn’t take your dogs here. We have boarded our dogs plenty of times in other facilities but we wanted to try this place. But only to conclude it was unsafe and clearly not clean for our dogs.
