I had my dog boarded two weekends in a row. When I came home from the first weekend he had medication left over from his stay. When I picked him up on the second weekend, I asked if he had his medication the entire weekend. They gave me the medication log and sure enough he had not been given a dose of his medication. I brought this to their attention. They did apologize and give a partial refund but then stated that we were not a good fit because I had issues. Certainly there should be issues if an animal is not getting his medication but to say it is my issue and cancel my future boarding because I brought this to your attention. Beware if you bring issues to their attention to improve on, they will drop you!

We reserved a spot for our dog and had to cancel within 48 hours to get our deposit. We'll we called 2 times before the 48 hours to cancel our service but it went to voice-mail each time . So then we got a call back today finally and was told we don't get our deposit back. Sadly this will be a deal breaker and we will not use there services . Buyer BEWARE .
