I was looking for some PVC piping and the big box stores didn't have it. They had it at ACE. The employees were helpful. The store is a bit crowded and cluttered and feels a bit claustrophobic.

Hit and miss with service, don't rely on what the online website says that's available in the store. My wife and I specifically looked up pricing and availability on a few items and the website said "in stock" we got to the store to find they did not have it and the lady specifically said, "well idk what to tell you, we don't update the website, sorry" well okay cool. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to go to the Ace Hardware on College Park road! Literally the friendliest staff in the tri-county area!
