For the record, I've been using Firestone for years. They're never friendly, but they usually get the job done, usually in a timely fashion. However, my fiancée stopped in Tuesday night and talked to a guy at the front desk about a nick in her tire. The guy looked her and her warranty up and told her to drop it off Thursday. I dropped it off and a different guy upfront said we didn't have an appointment and this specific damage to the tire did not require a replacement because it was not a safety issue and covered under warranty. He also said if we wanted to leave the car, we'd need to do it with the other gentleman my fiancée spoke to (that didn't book the appointment). Frustrating all-around, no solution offered, and no accountability. You may have just lost a customer of over 15 years.

brought truck for lifetime alignment - problem never fixed - brought to 5 star rated facility who solve issue and said alignment was never done incompetent or scam. take your pick

I think I'm going to cancel my card also because I know a lot of people personally that have had bad experiences with Firestone. They say that they are major ripoffs.

The one in Waterbury, the manager was not professional when they didn't put the oil cap back on and I found out the bad to way and then no more one apologize. I now go to the one in Southington with no problems and the staff treats you like they are working for you. The staff here is okay . Hope nothing changes because I will continue to drive the distance
