They always do a great job in cleaning your vehicle! The problem I had was that while they were drying the car, there were some light scratches on the window. It may have been from rocks that was stuck in the towels from other dirty cars. They don't change their towels throughout the day. I been a customer for a year with no problems, until the last time I was here.... They need to switch out the towels, this is something they should be aware of. Update: I recently went here as I was in the area and I've seen them using different dry towels, swapping them out. Someone may be reading the reviews. I like that they do this now. It will keep me a customer. Good job

First time there and very disappointed. Stains all over my car. They need to learn to use their cleaning products. I let them know of the stains and they denied it. First and last.

$10 for 5 mins is a little steep, but it did the job and got the sand and salt off my vehicle
