Came here to inquire about a shoe. Asked an employee for help and they never came back out to help me. Blatantly ignored me and my question. However, I was able to get ahold of the manager and she was very nice and helpful. Only gave it 3 stars because of the managers help. Rest of the store can do better.

I had a bad experience waiting over 40 mins for a shoe. But thanks to Victoria she has phenomenal customer service she is the only reason I’m giving a 4 star.
