Service in the store is good, I recommend avoiding their website and avoid calling them unless you know exactly what you need. The website is extremely difficult/frustrating to use, and calling the store can be equally as frustrating. The automated phone system routed me to the department i asked for, then the phone rang for over five minutes, then it sounded like a person picked up and clicked a button which routed me back to the main menu of the automated phone system... I tried another menu item that was as close to customer service as i could figure (there are a Lot to listen through), I tried to explain why i was calling to one person but they abruptly handed me off to another person who curtly asked me how they could help me, again tried to explain. Eventually they hung up on me.

Do not buy Cabinet from Lowe’s. You will face issues with delay, material, installation and coordination. They sell you at store and take all money. For issues you need to call installation support team which you will not get any support from them. Store people are nice. Jim & Eric helped me as much as they could but based on Lowes system you need to get support from installation support team through the phone which they can not help you much as they do not have much information I will update this if I could find a solution or my problem solved.
