Outstanding product; outstanding team, from sales through installation and follow-up. We had 18 windows and one door replaced. Following installation, there was an issue with the outside cladding on one set of 4 windows…we contacted the company, they responded immediately, and they did not rest until they had made it perfect! We are so delighted with the product, the company, and their installation technicians that we have ordered 3 more windows and another slider that will be installed next week. Communication during the three months while the windows and doors were being produced was excellent—we were kept updated and their estimated time of delivery has been spot on. The installation techs were cordial, professional, and efficient, and the work areas were left clean and tidy. We could not be happier!

False advertising. Thay have different prices based on when you sign a contract. This is the definition of high pressure sales tactic. Based on your response below, you say you offer everyone the same discounts. If you have multiple prices for a single product depending on when one customer signs a contract you are a high pressure sales company. Respond to that.

The service with this company is extremely poor. We had the upper floor windows replaced with Anderson. A couple of years latter after a storm the windows and trim work is failing. For 5 months we have tried to have service come out. Finally just this week someone was to show up and perform the repairs. Did not show even after taking time off from work to be there. Service is poor - do not use this company!
