I stopped into Reeds (Crabtree) today. My family has done business with Reeds for many years when they were in Cary. I will be coming back to Reeds Crabtree due to the personal care I received from Bill Hackett. Reeds is lucky to have someone of his caliber working for them.

I’ve gone in plenty of times to this location & each time I’ve had such an amazing experience. From getting our wedding bands to birthdays & mother/Father’s Day gifts. I can honestly this is my favorite jewelry store. Today I had the pleasure getting to know Bill, we literally went in just to browse at possible watches to get my husband & he sold us on one. He explained all the neat features & stuff. (He’s very knowledgeable) Jane has also helped us in the past & she is super sweet & helped us find the perfect gift. We’ve also worked with Stephanie in the past & she’s a delight! Everyone honestly is great, I never feel hassled to buy anything (some locations are all over you & pushing for a sale) at Reeds they respect your space & help you look what your searching for without the pressure. Nonetheless I feel every time we go in we never come out empty handed lol.
