Always a great experience at Pandora. Took our bracelets in for cleaning and they now have the Marvel collection of charms for Men! Ughhhh. A bracelet and 2 charms later.... Another 250$ gone to Pandora! Anyway.... he loved them and ordered the rest of the collection himself!

Make sure you look and have at ALL your charms after cleaning before leaving. DON’T TRUST THE WORKERS!! Yesterday I went to get my pandora bracelet cleaned, didn’t really think nothing of it because it’s such a simple task. When I got home, I noticed one of my charms were missing. I called to the store to explained my issue and they said they’re going to call me back when the girl that cleaned my bracelet got in @11. Time went by and I got no phone call and I had to drive there myself just for them to say that don’t have it and they gave me this number to call. They were very nonchalant about my issue. Please make sure you double check the workers and don’t trust them especially with something so valuable like the charms on your bracelet that means a lot !
