I wouldnt build a dog house using this company. Im a builder who had been buying from a competitor. Decided to give the building center a try, as I had built a relationship in the past with one of the salesman, from previous mutual employer. Start to finish framing has been a complete nightmare, salesman has no business doing takeoffs. House was of the smaller persuasion and got sent out first load no where near the material we needed. Had im gonna say 10 fillin orders for a small house that should have had maybe 2-3 at most. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my 25+ years building. By not sending the correct lumber causing extra cost to my customer as we had to continue to order material as prices of material continued to climb. Now the framing is complete for a month to month and a half and for probably 2 months i have been asking the salesman to have material that he determined was needed to be picked up probably $1000.00 that still sits on the site. Keep being told its a dispatch issue, no "your my salesman, you ordered it, its a you problem. Rest assured my customer has already paid for this material the he sent out and wont get picked up. In short do yourself a favor and go to Carter lumber or builders first source, cause this supplier is a joke. I will be continuing this issue to the BBB.

I've had an account with these guys for 8 years and until today had no problems but unfortunately that has changed. I went to purchase $900 in material and had previously cleared an over the phone payment from the homeowner but when I arrived to buy the material there was another woman at the front and she wouldn't allow the payment. Yes I know I should have the money to buy material but because of Covid my company took a hit and I'm just getting back to steady work. Cost me the job and for that I won't be buying from them anymore. Thanks, hope you have a wonderful Christmas, you sure as hell made sure mine won't be.
