Purchased a John Deere Mower 8/27/2017. On 8/13/2022 it died while cutting my grass I called them that day and spoke to a gentleman in the service depart, after what i told him what happened he simply said blown motor. I asked if he could send some one out to look at it, to confirm a blown motor. We also spoke about other options as far as repair vs getting a new one. I then asked if someone could come out and look at it to confirm a blown engine .He said I will have a sale person call you on Monday....On Monday (8/15/) a salesperson did speak to me. By that time I had a lot of questions which were answered by the salesman. Salesperson said he would look into some of the questions that he could not answer and get back with me. He also said he would have the parts/service dept. get back with me as well as I would like to have someone come out and look at it...Well its now Thursday 8/18/2022 and no one has gotten back in touch with me. I will now be contacting the manufacturer of the engine to see what if anything they could do. This mower has approx. 20 hours on the engine, and has always been serviced by James River Equipment.

Signs and google say they are open until 1:00 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 12:03 pm and they are locked up tight. To make it worse, I was told on the phone they were open until 1 pm.
