Great prices. Location is not good as location is too busy now and at times can be a pain in the butt to get out of. Many people do not listed when signs say wrong way. It also does not get enforced by workers at all.

Good prices. Would be great if BJs would update so that card holders can just insert card versus scanning. Free air is great (as of this out of order). BJs can afford to get that fixed.

Went to renew out membership and the girl at the counter was apparently over welmed, she was kinda rude to some customers asking for flyers. I we asked for the $25 membership speacial and she said it was for new customers only. We also been getting mailers asking us to renew as well. She would not honor it without the mailer. Then after purchasing we found a coupon for $20 man I was nit happy
