From my experience and my extended stay at this hotel I believe the owners are very good people I definitely would recommend this place to anybody

Clean, good price for area, friendly staff Motel style which we wanted for easy unpacking/packing. Mini fridge and microwave. Clean rooms. No bed bugs. Shower pressure not the best but still good enough. Comfy beds. Good, modern AC/heater units that kept the room nice and cool. Room had an extra side area which was nice for storing backpacking bags/luggage. Wifi which we didn't use as only there to crash. Water not fishy. Tasted decent. The staff was very nice and great at anticipating our needs. He asked if we'd be looking for breakfast bc they don't provide it then proceeded to tell us how to get to food. The room only had 2 towels and 4 of us. My mom and I went out to the car for our toothbrushes then were going to go ask for towels. The front desk guy came out to us holding two towels and said he saw us outside on the cameras and knew we only had two towels so he decided to bring more. We told him he read our minds. Also nice to know they keep an eye on the cameras at night. Good for a feeling of safety. We also asked for a dumpster to put our large takeaway containers in and he took them to throw out for us. Overall an excellent experience. Great for an overnight road trip stay but would also work for a few days.

Perfect hotel if all you’re wanting is a place to sleep, and get ready for the day. Outside of the crazy of Hartford. I had booked two reservations because I changed my travel plans and they were able to let me keep the same room, combining both reservations together when I arrived. There’s a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which is always a plus. The one thing is I would say is to bring a long phone cord or a small extension cord. My room didn’t have an outlet plug close to my bed.

If you are looking for a low budget room that is clean and you can park in front of your room this is the place. The mini fridge is fairly large and has a freezer as well. They are under renovations in the lobby and I hope that they do rooms too. It took about two hours to warm the room as they leave the heat off completely. The bathroom was an ice cave combined with an exhaust fan that doesn't work. Every surface dripped with condensation. The TV remote halfway worked. Would I stay again?? Maybe after the do their renovations, if that includes the rooms
