It's normally quite good. It's just a little rough during holiday seasons. They run out if items quickly during that time. Had to go to a more expensive store to get some Thanksgiving items, but overall Walmart is great!

About the same as it is anywhere else really,some people wear's Mask's and some don't,all employees have them on for sure,but they are not strict about the clientele wearing masks.
In Murphysboro city limits, there is a city ordinance saying that you must wear a mask in public. I have not personally seen them enforce it yet. But, Wal-Mart is private property. If someone decides not to wear a mask to their store, they do not have to let you in the doors, and can make you leave, or call the police to have you ejected and trespassed from the property.
I'm not sure what you're trying to return but as far as I know they're running their stores just like they always have. Take your return to the service desk for help.
