I had the easiest car purchase I've ever had with Dave Williams and Bryan Easler Toyota! Between the Asheville Toyota dealership, and Easler, the Easler ratings were enough for me to reach out about a new Rav4. The entire process was painless and Dave was an excellent salesman. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I am truly grateful. This is my only place to get a car from now on!

These guys broke my car and then passed the inspection. I don’t care what their response or excuse is because passing an inspection on a car with a flat tire and a nail sticking out of it while also having a broken mirror are two separate reasons to fail an inspection. They had video footage I suspect was staged showing the broken mirror; but not the flat tire. The Toyota care warranty is worthless and I’m never ever buying a new Toyota again. I called Doug Camp a coward and a liar and he acted like a man child. I just wanted my car fixed and all I did was have the car towed to have the battery replaced. If you do it yourself it voids the warranty. I can see now I’m not the only one who’s had serious issues with this business. Jim Barkley left big shoes to fill and I hope Toyota revokes their license. These guys are thieves and liars and I’ll be editing this as soon as I see their expected snarky response. Bottom line : explain how you pass a safety inspection with a nail in a flat tire. You can’t. Your liars.

Don't waste peoples time with the runaround. Give them the information they request. Red Flags go off when you repeatedly do not give requested information. This is exactly why customers are flocking to dealerless car buying experiences such as Vroom, Carvana, ect. Customers will appreciate it when you accommodate them with the information they request and not just " get them in the door " so your finance guy can try and close them on an inflated rate. Stand tall behind your numbers. Make people want to send their friends, family, ect to see you guys because you took care of them. If you aren't comfortable with your sales people quoting rate, that's fine - have your F&I guy or sales manager pick up the phone or send a text ( lord knows it's slow enough right now ) Nobody needs to drive to the dealership to find out what their rate / monthly payment is. It isn't clever anymore to try and surprise people, it's just annoying. It encourages people to avoid the dealerships at all costs. Signs of the times. Texts saying " no games " usually means games. We live in the information age. People have this thing called the internet now. Just give people the information they request. Be " straight up " or get phased out.

Knowledgeable, respectful employees, do good work. And gave me a list of things my car needs desperately. I can have someone else order the parts and do the work far cheaper.. since I am not able to pay their prices.

Top notch
Very likely due to low tire pressure on a tire, even the spare. Cold weather affects tire pressure, especially spares.
5:30pm

Wrong number Mel
Most all morning with an inspection also. 4 hour or more.
Call tomorrow during normal business and ask for Logan
Why would you ask people not associated with the dealership? Call them
