This is a nice location with great management, friendly staff, and a large selection of everything you'd expect from The Home Depot. There are some ongoing supply chain issues, as there are most everywhere, but they've done a good job at keeping shelves well stocked. Nice Garden department as well. If you frequently shop here, I highly recommend getting the THD app. In-store help with the layout of any location, scan barcodes and get information about products, etc. You can do pretty much anything from ordering to scheduling an appointment with a contractor. Great app!

Their customer service is great to deal with. I ordered a microwave online and it came on time. They use a delivery service for that and other items. Zero problems with them. On time and not damage.
Yes you can bring all your old bulbs and anything you want and they'll dispose of anything for you

YES and NO You can buy it online for pickup BUT When you buy over the phone or have something held you run a SERIOUS risk of a mistake from basic misunderstandings to lackluster customer service. AND you have no paper backup whatsoever In short more cons then pros

Make sure the bottom is riding on the wheels. Sometimes the wheels can come off the rail and it's riding on the door frame of the glass instead.
