I have nothing but good things to say about this company and specifically this location. I rented a small trackhoe and the staff was very professional, friendly and took the time to show basic operations of the trackhoe. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any equipment rental!

We rented a 4 person golf cart from them for our wedding. They were punctual for drop off and pick up. We ran into some issues with the cart, but they had someone come out to look at it. They actually had to return it and brought us a new cart, all within a few hours. Very helpful team and easy to work with.

Lou Dalrymple guided me through a selection process that lead me to purchase an OREC Trailblazer from McNeely in Hendersonville, NC. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very responsive. He delivered and set up the Trailblazer even though it was literally on top of a mountain. I recently obtained service from the same Hendersonville store. Adam, the service tech demonstrated knowledge and courtesy. He completed my service promptly. If you are like me (not even sure what brands are best, what machine is best) I suggest that you ask Lou, Adam, and the McNeely folks for advice. Ken Ichikawa works for OREC. He too was remarkably responsive to my many , MANY, questions when I was vetting machines. What a pleasure to deal with such solid folk! Clark Jernigan
