Don’t expect return calls or follow up service- does not exist at 2324 Asheville Hwy, Hendersonville,NC - Windows for new built home delivered/installed Dec/2021 Screens missing on 2 windows - still getting lip service I.e. will get them ordered, will probably take ; mos due to vendor backlog/material shortage, they have been ordered I will follow up on them, or even better last was we have located them in our warehouse. Message left with Heidi were they or were they not located and when r u delivering them???still no call back as usual. Oh did we mention we r living in our home and need to ensure screens just aren’t left n driveway Builder getting same run around as us Martin Family-Black Mountain,NC
