Friendly staff, fun stations that are for the most part all in one room, so you can keep up with multiple kids. Well maintained and clean. I do wish there was a gate blocking the stairs to the slide for safety purposes. Toddlers get out of your sight in an instant and that staircase is dangerous.

Depends on the child. On average I see children ages 1-12. They have activities geared towards older and younger children.
They sell tickets at the front desk and the tickets are good for all day!
