The unit I got was suppose to be climate controlled but a lot of my items molded. There were also a lot of the large water bugs, everytime we opened up you would see 10 to 15 running. They also got in my items. I did let the person at the desk know when I turned in the keys but they did not seemed concerned .

Now are those hours from 9:30am till 6pm are only office hours or you can still come by after 6pm?

Those are the office hours. The gate can be accessed from 6am until 9pm.

Are there any climate control units. How much are they ?
