I visit this store often because of my amazon returns. Staff is always very friendly, quick and efficient processing my returns.

So I went here to return 2 Amazon purchases. When I get to the counter, the young girl tells me that the two items must be packaged together. Absolutely wrong since they were purchased separately and both had their own return paperwork. There was no talking to her. She was extremely rude and the worst I have ever encountered in that store. So, unreluctantly, I went home and packaged the two items together. Came back and another woman processed it, and was aware that I had just been there 30 minutes prior and witnessed the exchange. So, today, I get an email from Amazon that they are only refunding one of the items because it only had one label on the box! I knew she didn't know what she was talking about. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. It will be Kohl's for me from now on. Amazon fixed the gross error for me, but it was her attitude, stupidity, and disrespect that will keep me from doing business there again! In a nutshell, go somewhere else!
