The 3 bed room are between 750 and 850 since they been renting new homes. You have to call to see what's available.

You have to call the office. They don't answer here. They most likely have something. They are rent to own. They have 199 places in the cottage cove community. We live in one..the one we are in is nice. They mow the lawn and keep up with the park so it's clean. Trash cans is picked up weekly outside your parking spot. You pay lot rent and the rent for the mobile home till you pay it off. Then you pay water and sewer. It's cheaper than most apt but goes by the age of the mobile home so the fees are not the same per place. Your looking at like $700-$1200 for a 3 bedroom. I think most of them are 3 bed two bath. Also it seems to be a diverse neighborhood. We have spanish speaking neighbors who we really love. They also speak to me in English thankfully but we google translate when we need to. Across is a white couple who are super loud but lol we deal and I think next to them is spanish and they are quiet too and next to us on the other side is a black lady who is quiet. Lots of kids.
