Devon, the new manager, was very helpful in an urgent situation. He was efficient and understanding when we needed a last-minute replacement during a car repair in the middle of long trip. Tyler was very nice and took us back to our car right at closing time so we didn’t have to transfer all our bags to an Uber and could get back on our way as quickly as possible. I have no doubt they will bring a renewed professionalism to this branch. Thanks so much!

ATTORNEY WILL BE APPOINTED TO HANDLA THIS. :::: After almost 9 months of waiting and WAITING,,, and CONSTANTLY being lied to, i am Still waiting on a call!!!! But NOT FOR LONG! I WILL HAVE MY EXPERIENCE HEARD, MY SUFFERING KNOWN, AND ENTERPRISES LACK OF CONCERN WILL BE BROUGHT IN FRONT OF A JUDGE!!! ENTERPRISE YOU ARE SO WRONG!!! I have had the most horrible experience in renting from here during my last rental.. First I use points to get 2 free days, on 2nd day I get pulled and received 2 citations, a huge fine, promises that weren't kept by the manager over that store at the time, overcharged, lied to and I'm still dealing with this mess! And I still can't get anyone to EVER CALL ME BACK! IM SERIOUSLY THINKING I SHOULD HAND THIS OVER TO MY ATTORNEY! I don't know what else to do!!??

If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would! This place is Racist! I came to Enterprise after landing in Charlotte from a very long flight. Ive rented here before with no problem about 2 months ago and didn’t have a single problem. The lady at the counter Michelle was very rude and didn’t want to help me. When I asked her to pull up my account she became very aggressive. When I told her that I will be contacting corporate she stated…. Well with that attitude she wasn’t going to rent me a vehicle. I told her that she is the one with the attitude and that her management will be able to see that on the cameras. She became very rude and still wouldn’t give me a reason as to why I couldn’t not get a car. When I asked to speak to the manager she stated that she could not give me the info. This lady went as far as telling me that I called her a name…which left me dumbfounded because I did no such thing. This experience was absolutely horrible. And for someone to feel that they can choose to rent you a car or not based off of their feelings is totally unacceptable. Customer service is how you keep customers coming back. However if companies like this keeps hiring people that are racist and treat people this way your business will not last. Anyway I went to Hertz and rented a vehicle without a single problem. I will be contacting corporate about this matter asap.
