I love their tenders!!! Hot, fresh, and juicy everytime! Now the fries.... When they are hot and fresh they are really good. Unfortunately, the consistency of getting them like that is like playing the lottery. Even if you a long time.

After waiting 15 minutes at the window because chicken tenders take a while to make, they didn't put them in our bag. Once we found out we went back through the drive thru. The girl at the window was unapologetic and made us wait another 10 minutes for them to make new tenders... So, either they made them the first time and threw them away (or kept them for themselves), or they did not make them which makes me wonder what we waited for. To be fair, they got the rest of the order right, hence the 2-star rating instead of 1-star. The drive thru girl had the cook bring the tenders out to us and she apologized (the cook, not the drive thru girl). However, the tenders we got were small - more like nuggets - and had fries stuck to them. This is at least the 3rd negative experience we've had at this location, so we will not be returning. The staff is routinely cold with I-don't-care attitudes, the service is slow, and make sure you check your bag before you drive away.

I dont know what is going on at this Hardee's but the food is horrible! The fries are hard and cold. The burger is not what I ordered. And they made me pull up like they were busy. And they were not ! They said I had to pull up because of some timer. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru with me and I didn't see anyone inside. Very rude employee.
