The technician was on time very professional and can doctors and assessments and repairs. However I did not realize that the part would be $20 and for approximately 1.5 hours worth of labor would cost $437. I let that issue go but within one and a half weeks my refrigerator was having the exact same issues and I lost another $100 worth of groceries. It is taking me over two weeks to finally contact someone that could schedule a rework appointment for me I was then notified that if the technician decided it was a new issue I would pay another hundred and $14 for him showing up to look at the work that he had done plus any more repairs and labor that needed to be done. I'm really not sure how this company could possibly stay in business other than the fact that they charge over $300 an hour for labor. Overall one of the most expensive but worse experiences that I've had with any home repairs. I am in no way saying that it is the technicians fault but Sears Home Services 90 day guarantee should not involve me having to pay anything further for them to come and check the work that they had done that failed within a week and a half how easy would it be for the technician to come in and say that it's a different issue now and I'm going to have to pay another $500 by that time I could have bought a new refrigerator
