Dalton needs a raise or something, hell he should even be store manager. He’s a retired BMC in the navy and he ran a whole department. Im sure that he can run a whole store with his attitude. I went two different auto zones and none of them helped me with an issue with my card. When I came to this location, Dalton was more than happy to spare 3-4 minutes of his time to help me out with a solution to my problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR RETENTION AND ADVANCEMENT!!

Thomas was an AutoZone hero tonight. After a month of horrible service from dealership who lost my car next door and receiving the wrong info at another location, Thomas took care of my car and for less than half of what we would have spent elsewhere. In these stressful times, it is hard to find someone in customer service who is kind, sincere and knowledgeable and Thomas was all three. Thank you Thomas!

Honestly THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had at an Auto Zone. Thomas was the representative that helped me. I was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and kind he was. He explained everything while helping me and not condescending since I really don’t know much about cars. Great employee you have here!
