In the drive up line, very slow. I ordered my food. They gave me part of the order, I waited and waited. Had to ask for straws and spoons. Then I had to wait for my salad order. I pulled up to the door. It took over 8 minutes then tge frosting were melting. They redid them still waiting for food. I will never go to that Wendy's again. The Wendy's in Churchland, Va

Went through the drive-through and there was nobody in line so I thought I would be able to get out of there quick but that wasn’t the case It took them 12 minutes just for them to Take my order which was a big bacon cheddar and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich with fries that were fried hard with old grease inedible 🤦🏾‍♂️ Went inside For them remake my order And the sandwich was trash & the fries had no salt. Won’t be going here again.

Definitely do not come to this Wendy's unless you enjoy sitting in line being ignored and and having the staff go above and beyond to be rude and make sure that you know they are doing you a favor by them coming to work. By far the worst experience at any Wendy's. I almost thought I was at Mcdonald's for a second. I wouldn't return to this location even for free food. The standards here are way below subpar at best. Taco bell is only a few mins away and the service and food are much better.

The only thing they can get right is the drink order. I don’t know what is wrong with night shift. Whatever you order, they just make up something else and give it to you as if that’s what you ordered. I ordered a asagio bacon ranch sandwich, my sandwich had no cheese, no bacon and no ranch. Instead I had a grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce on it! That’s not the sandwich I ordered. Complaining is useless because it’s hard to find workers.
