I cant even begin to thank Lisa enough for all the help and knowledge she has shared with me. I love the mindset practices which has given me food freedom. Foods that I wouldn't even allow myself to bring in the house I can now without worrying about over indulging. Whaaattt? If you knew me, you'd be shocked too! I'm a work in progress, we all are. Lisa has helped me immensely with all aspects of my health. She has helped me heal through a difficult grieving process and focus on self care. It is an eye opening course that talks about diet culture and our relationship to our bodies and food. It opens your eyes to what society feeds us and the traps of diet culture. It is freeing but helps you develop steps to taking care of your self as a whole person and forming healthy habits. Progress not perfection which I have to remember. Food is for fuel and nutrition and it is not the enemy. I have grown through this course and continue to do so! She is a great listener and non judgmental.
