Food was good as only McDonald's can be. Had little kids with us so we wanted to sit at a table that has interactive lights, but it was dirty. I asked someone behind the counter if someone could clean it and she seemed exasperated and told me "l will when someone is available" then hollered at someone else to go clean them. This might be one of those shortstaffed situations but that doesn't mean it's ok to be short on the service attitude...

The gentleman at the drive in the morning very nice and make it easy to order there he need a raise best customer service I ever had at a McDonald's

Terrible drive thru service. Young lady at the delivery window (6/6/22 evening shift) could care less and admitted her attitude is careless. She handed me slushy drinks at 3/4 full so I asked to confirm this was correct. She looked and just shrugged at me before saying, "I don't know, I guess the base (ingredient) is empty." She did not offer to correct or provide new drinks. I asked her to notify the person taking orders and payments to advise the machine was out before taking money for same. She just looked at me cluelessly and so I asked, "Don't you think that's the right thing to do?" Again, she looked at me blankly and said nothing except smirked and laughed. At this point I wasn't certain if she was being sarcastic or plainly could care less about giving her work and coworkers the decency of at least appearing to care about their customers. People like her, I would never approve minimum wage increases for fast food services such as this. Ridiculous to demand increases in wages and act like this. I know businesses are experiencing staff shortages, but at the risk of losing business for this experience, I'd forego hiring less than qualified persons altogether. When I asked for the manager in the yellow shirt to approach the window, a young, Hispanic male approached and had a similar careless attitude AND could not even look me in the eye to have the basic conversation of looking at the drinks to confirm. When I gave feedback on the young lady's attitude, he just kept looking away and shrugging. He too did not offer to correct the drinks. I pulled out of drive thru and checked my meal. Lo and behold there was some form of sludge appearing like grease mixed with other things on the carton of my burger. It was thick and beyond gross and so I turned back to the payment window to show same and get refunded. The young man at this window was helpful and acknowledged his coworkers' ineptitude and apologized for the poor experience. As this McDonald's has lost my business, I will go up the street to BK from now on.

Never been there
I Have found almost none answer the phone. I had to contact through the McDonald web site and it still took a few days but I got a reply.
