I have been a patient of Ileana Berman for well over 3 years and that woman has gone above and beyond for me, literally saved my life. with her help and her nurses and staff I am now able to live a normal functional productive life I am able to be a father a grandfather a husband a friend a son I'm able to be present in the moment today and I owe a lot of it to Ileana Berman and her staff they are incredible people they have become literally like family to me! A huge shout out to my nurse Dee. I honestly don't know what I would do if I didn't have her in my corner. You're the best Dee!!😊

Dr Berman and her staff have been there for me for years, thru ups and downs they have always helped me figure out how to stay on the right path and are there when I need them the most! Dee and Becky are great, without them I don't know where I would be today. Thanks Guys!

I was a patient of Dr. Berman’s for about 10+ years. And while my life totally transformed in that time, it had nothing to do w her services. She is extremely unreasonable, outrageous rather, in the way she manages her office. You can plan on sitting in the waiting room for an hour or more EVERY time you go there (which sometimes is up to 3x a week - no excuses) She actually told me it was UNREASONABLE for me to expect to be in & out in under 2 HOURS! She’s more than once falsely accused me of using. (Which since I switched treatment places I’ve NEVER been accused) And the worst thing is when I finally decided to leave her and find treatment elsewhere Dr. Berman actually went out of her way and sabotaged treatment w my new provider. Like seriously? That is so unprofessional. But with that women, nothing surprises me anymore. If you need services, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If your serious about getting clean you DO NOT want to go to here!

This practice is a joke. It's catered to addicts and you will be treated like one regardless if you're being seen for addiction recovery or not. You will be forced to take a urine sample every month and have all of your medication counted when you come in for a "random". Yes, you heard that correct...you will receive a call and you MUST come in the THAT day or the very next or you're "written up". Expect to wait anywhere from 1.5-3 hours to see the doctor who does not respect anyone's time but her own. She is rude and stern and very unwelcoming, along with her very unprofessional staff who can be heard through the walls speaking ill about patients. The doctor also brings her very small Pekenese dog into the practice and lets it roam around freely, urinating on the carpet. I can't make this up. If you can seek other options for your psych needs, please do so. RUN from this practice. Im pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are her staff, who she goes thru like water.
