I had a great experience with my Realtor/Boker. I met Christopher Dantzscher of Coldwell Banker BAIN at an open house he was hosting. My wife and I was in the beginning a house search and haven’t yet selected a realtor. We’ve been to several open houses and met several realtors but none we that clicked with us as well as Chris. Right from the start Chris spent more time learning about us more as a friend than than other agents. He offered and took us to see several houses the next day without even asking us to commit to him being our agent. Overall he took us to see around 19 houses over the next two weeks. He had many good suggestions to view and also arranged a viewing for our ideas. He was more than accommodating able to work the showings into our schedule without a complaint. When we selected a house the whole process from offer to final signing was smooth. Chris kept us updated with the deadlines and stayed in contact. There was some confusion on where to deliver the escrow check. After I dropped it off at the wrong place, Chris personally retrieved it and delivered it to the proper place. Chris walked us through all the offer paperwork explaining all the documents and process completely. He caught some errors by the sellers agent and got them corrected quickly without impacting the scheduled closing date. We selected a VA loan which has some extra hoops to jump through and often takes longer to finalize. With Chris’s suggestions and assistance we were able to finalize the funding of the loan with no delays and ahead of schedule. The closing went smooth without incident and Chris met us shortly after to congratulate us and give us the keys to our new house. Chris made the whole home buying process a pleasure and we feel like we found a new friend instead of a real estate agent.
