I have worked with several realtors over the years and I must say that Kristin was the best. She was patient, incredibly responsive and smart. She didn't push when I insisted I didn't want to stage my home. But she did manage to get me an easily acceptable quote for an awesome stager (Woodward Home) and it was perfect. That was one small example of how experienced Kristin is. I highly recommend her to anyone selling a home. She understood all of my idiosyncratic and emotional concerns and deftly kept us moving in the right direction. It was as easy as it could have been and I was thrilled with her service and the price I got for my home!
