Literally can't get in touch with anyone at all I'm a single mother of an infant and toddler and have no idea what I am supposed to do to retrieve my belongings or the cost I was forced to choose eviction as an option to get help from the state and just want to communicate with someone

Mr. Steve never answers the calls and much less answers the text messages or voice messages. He is a totally irresponsible man since one makes the payment and he does not answer when he acquires the payment he is a difficult person to get. When you call, it indicates that you are going to return the call, it never does. Find a lawyer and take him to court.

Please contact the Attorney General and file a consumer complaint, and OPSI at mass.gov. They license these guys. I am coordinating a class action law suit. Not only was half of my belongings destroyed, he put someone else's in mine. This is a pattern of willful negligence and the more people who come forward the better.

He never answers the phone. I have called (Have phone logs) over 40 times and left msgs (and text msgs) for 6 months. Not 1 call back. When I did get a txt response, very rude and ignorant. I was told I could go in my unit once to retrieve a few things. They refused! THEY TOOK A SUITCASE, THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSE TO TAKE WITH MY HUSBANDS ASHES AND HIS ARMY UNIFORM! THEY NEVER SENT ME A BILL FOR 6 MONTHS. UNTIL I UPSET SOMEONE IN A TEXT BACK AND FORTH!!! TERRIBLE DISPICABLE PEOPLE!!!

He kept my brand new sectional couch that I spent 1k on two months prior to moving, also kept my bunk beds and who knows what else he's chicken and won't answer phone he wants you to text and when I told his guys to wait they took off
