Let me start off by saying this was the best steak I’ve ever had in my entire life. And the service was beyond. The staff of professionals are on their A Game to create the best possible experience for an evening out. A couple of the ladies I was with had some issues with the risotto they had with their fish (tasted chemically) and one with her steak. The manager tried to keep it light while getting feedback and did aim to do right by us: that was much appreciated. One of my lady friends felt intimidated during the discussion but this is also shaped by the physics of speaking to seated customers which does experientially create an unexpected and admittedly unfortunate dynamic. That said I think the manager and the staff did a great job. When one of the staff let the manager know how some of the ladies felt, he came back and apologized with what I felt was genuine empathy. It’s admittedly difficult to work in the service industry and balance empathy and professionalism with experience so I think their efforts went over and beyond to make things right. I still give the place five stars though because a restaurant experience is more than food and the best steak of one’s life. It is helping the customers feel the perfect experience when within the establishment. Thanks folks.

We had the best celebration at Jeff Ruby’s. An absolute incredible evening. We did not have a reservation and were prepared to sit at the bar (not a problem) instead Alpha greeted us at the front and had his lovely ladies set us up at a high top. Chelsea was our server, she was delightful and very attentive. We will be going back before we head back to Orlando for sure.

By far the best dining experience I have had ever. I ordered the 8oz wagu and 12oz cold water lobster tail and it was heavenly. I asked to see the certificate, and the cut before cooking and both were presented without question. Our server Barrett was very professional and friendly. Commentary valet parking, so easy access. 4.5/5 Went here for my wife’s birthday food was good. Staff was A1 we were seated promptly. Told the waiter what I like to drink and he made a excellent mojito for me. Went with the wagyu and it did not disappoint. I made the mistake of getting well done instead of medium well done and that took away from the flavor. My wife got the pork chop with a side of applesauce and it was incredible. The Mac and cheese was good but the mashed potatoes were a little runny overall this was a great experience 4.5/5 stars!!

Yes. When you make your reservation, ask to be seated at a table, not a booth, and specify that it is because he's in a wheelchair. They'll be able to accommodate him that way.

They have valet but plenty areas to park and walk. Its a great safe area to walk. We did.
I didn’t see kids there when I went either. I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking my kids there but that’s not to say they wouldn’t be fine if your kids are more well behaved than mine :)

If there are seats available at the bar you can sit there and eat but there may not be seats at the bar. I suggest you call them and ask if you can get a reservation for bar seating
I'm not 100% sure but I think on the open patio only, which right now may be closed due to weather. But if you give them a call theybare really friendly and helpful
