Nurse Lisa lied and claimed she would have my prescription ordered at my local CVS. I get there. It’s not ready because she never ordered it. I called to see why and she claimed it was because I had bought my prescriptions there in the past which made no sense after I communicated that I wanted to pick up my prescription at my CVS, gave her the address of it and everything. She pretended she ordered it and never did because I didn’t buy it from their office. Super disappointed & unprofessional on her end.
