PA, Roxanne Edwards is super professional and extremely knowledgeable! Roxanne has Amazing bedside manner. Her recommended treatments, when applied properly and taken as prescribed, changed my life! I would refer anyone with skin or scalp issues to call the SOCAH center!

This place is nice and clean, and the staff is really nice! I chose this place bc I wanted to see a doctor who had the same skin tone as me, who could possibly understand my skin type better. When I scheduled my consult, I thought it was with the doctor bc I had an interest in fillers, only to find out they scheduled me with an Estitician bc the doctor wasn’t available. The Estitician basically took pics and looked at skin to give me a cleaning regimen. Seeing as though I already had one, and it was working, I was told to continue. Needless to say, I felt like this was a waste of time. I rescheduled again for consult to see the doctor to look into getting fillers, which is what I originally wanted anyway. I was able to see doctor Hill who was very nice and professional, and made her suggestions. As I was leaving, I was asked to pay $150 for the consult. I thought that was a bit much, but I paid it. About a week later I was emailed an estimate of cost if I decided to get any procedures we discussed. It was a bit costly, so I did my research and looked into other locations. Three months later, I get a message saying I owe $115 . Clearly I thought this was a mistake bc I never had work done, only the consults, and I had already paid $150. I called to get clarity only to find out they had charged me $250 (insurance paid $75) for being a first time customer along with the first consult, and another $150 for the second consult!! That’s a total of $400 for just consults and absolutely no work done!!! That is ridiculous! I didn’t even get any sample products!! After speaking to someone in billing, I was told that whoever scheduled my appointments was supposed to tell me the costs. I never heard of all these extra fees until now. Had I known during scheduling, I never would have gone and paid that type of money for a consult!!! I even asked would that money have gone towards a procedure had I elected to do so, and was told No! This is an absolute rip off! I’m so glad I chose to go to another reputable establishment, where my consult was free, and they did same day service, which I am pleased with my results!!! SOCAH may be a nice place, but be careful of the hidden fees!

From the front office staff to the doctor to check out, the level of service was phenomenal. Dr Hill is truly an expert and is able to talk about a wide range of treatment options, alternative health included, rather than just the more common ones. She is a true expert of her craft. Highly recommend
