What a lovely shopping experience! Crystal was especially helpful in providing insight on the different soaps and products, thank you Crystal! We left with two bags of stuff and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service from the curly/wavy haired Caucasian woman. I grabbed the jar I was going to purchase and opened it just to ensure it hadn’t been tampered with. The associate rushed up to me and my boyfriend and aggressively advised us, “There are samples you can smell. Don’t open those.” As I apologized and went to put the jar down she lingered and repeated, “You can open that one. Just that one!” I was going to purchase what I had originally grabbed, but I’m not going to spend money when the associates have poor attitudes. Customer service seems to have gone down. Sad.

Went in today to look around. we lost my dad yesterday to a heart attack and the staff of this store made me feel like family. they got me all taken care of and even threw some goodies in so my mom and i can have a spa day and remember the good times with my dad. thanks team, you really made a difference for me today.

They very good COVID19 safety. You are asked to wash with a free sample of soap or hand sanitizer before going into the store ,you are asked not to pick up or open products to smell to ask for help and they are more than willing to show you how it smells without you or a hundred other people picking up your products before you purchase them. They also have a rope at the door to keep everyone under compliance. Of all the places in the Mall of Georgia this place had the best practices in place , second best was the Disney store .
