Staff and facility are A+++. I'll add some helpful info here. 1 - Manager, Patty, is phenomenal! She works miracles in getting everyone in with their produce during the correct season and when things are ready and needing to be canned. 2 - Rodney is fantastic at working all of the equipment and such a kind and helpful gentleman! 3 - Facility is shared with small commercial canning operations, so it is important to take into consideration the scheduling of all parties involved. (it's a lot to juggle) All in all, if you end up with bookoos of produce and want to be sure to have a long lasting food supply, this is a great option. Many thanks to Prince Edward County for keeping this facility up and running!
