You need to shuck it They have a machine to cut it off the cob nice place to go You have to make an appointment
Hey Sandra! I've been there a few times and though I haven't canned corn there I know they do and they have tools to remove it from the cob. They have big trash cans if you'd rather shuck it there to keep it from getting damaged in travel. Hope that helps!
